I specialize in helping people reach the goals that they would not have otherwise been able to on their own. I am an "awareness bringer" in all aspects, whether it be movement awareness, mental awareness, or self awareness of the things that may fall into "blind spots" I am first and foremost a coach, and as a coach, it is my utmost priority for you to leave your session just a little bit better than you were when started it.
