My therapeutic approach is truly about warmth, inclusivity and acceptance. These are home for me. They represent my work and my passion. I hope to meet you where you at, human to human.
I draw on treatment modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems (Informed), Holistic and Humanistic, and Narrative and Play therapy (Informed).
My approach is both directive and non-directive. I believe in both leading and following in session. I will ask your preference and we will go from there!
