PromptHealth is a trusted platform that helps certified health and wellness professionals expand their reach through authentic content marketing. We produce and distribute curated video content to our social media audience of over 1 million engaged followers.

2. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

By participating in a PromptHealth feature, providers agree to:

1. Participate in a scheduled one-hour recorded interview via Zoom
2. Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the interview
3. Maintain professional standards and align with PromptHealth’s values of credibility and integrity

3. CONTENT PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION

1. PromptHealth handles the full content creation process—including recording, editing, and distribution
2. Final content includes short-form clips for Instagram & TikTok, and a longer-form interview on YouTube
3. Posts are shared in collaboration with the provider’s social media (when possible), maximizing exposure

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USE

1. Providers retain ownership of their intellectual property and their likeness
2. PromptHealth holds the right to edit and repurpose interview content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across all platforms
3. Providers may request a copy of their full video content for personal use or marketing

5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT

1. The membership fee is $500/month, billed monthly
2. This includes one professionally produced feature interview per month
3. Additional features or custom packages are available upon request
4. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice
5. Mid-month cancellations are not prorated

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Because the service includes scheduled production and promotional work, refunds are not issued once the interview has been recorded
2. Providers can cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice

7. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

PromptHealth reserves the right to decline or terminate participation of any provider due to:

1. Misrepresentation of credentials
2. Unethical behavior or misinformation
3. Violation of community or platform guidelines

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PromptHealth is not responsible for outcomes related to the professional services or claims made by featured providers. We act solely as a media platform to share vetted, educational content.
